The average price for a personal trainer is $65.00 - $100.00 a hour.

Group Fitness Classes across the Greater Toronto Area - range in price from
$18.00 to $25.00 per class.

ReVive Fitness has Group Personal Training Sessions with rates that range from
$4.50 -$17.00 per class. With a variety of class options to choose from
- we have perfected the concept of cross training.

Certified Instructors plan the workout, and observe you through it, to motivate and make modifications based on YOUR particular level of fitness and readiness.

Our Classes:

Burn 'N' Sculpt
The emphasis of this class is to increase your cardio with intervals of muscle conditioning, for a more leaner sculpted you.

Circuit Training (Popularly referred to as Boot Camp) and Men's Circuit Training
The focus of each of these classes is to constantly challenge the body to make change. Each week the circuit is changed and incorporates all aspects of a well balanced fitness program. The classes begin with a group warm up and then each participant moves to their own station. Each station focuses on core strength, and relies very little on machines. While working at these stations, individual attention is emphasized and tended to by the trainer. Due to this format beginner to advanced participants are welcome in any class.  

Kickboxing
This no contact activity workout will teach upper body jab, cross, hook and upper body combinations. As well as lower body lead, rear, round house and jump kicks. This class is popular for improved endurance, strength, co-ordination and balance. Kickboxing is a great mental and physical blast! Each class focuses on shadow sparring with a partner learning fitness punching combinations such as the  jab, cross, hook and upper cut. The round house, front, side and spilt kicks are also learned. Each week the class will leave you sweating and feeling energized.  Note: A partner is not needed to join this class as the trainer will place you with a partner with similar abilities each week.

Intro to Kickboxing
Getting started in Kickboxing or SPIN? This class is perfect for you to learn the Basics!!!


Pump It/Circuit Training
PUMP IT is another one of our original concepts, involving the use of Body Bars, steps, tubes and free weights in a sequence of high repetition moves. This program is sectioned into a ½ hr of Pump IT and a ½ hr of Circuit. Ultimately this class gives you the sculpt and definition your body craves!  

Muscle Sculpt
Muscle Sculpt - Muscle Conditioning has proven to be the best way of fat reduction.

Skip and Pump
Skip & Pump -Combination class incorporating cardio Skipping Intervals with Muscle Conditioning Pump.

Spin
SPIN-This amazing indoor cycling workout on Schwin bikes attains a cardio workout without impact!

Spin and Pump
1/2 hour of SPIN & 1/2 hour of Pump-Muscle Conditioning.

Pilates
Pilates -  Develop core strength, mobility, improved postural alignment & coordination in this class.
