Team Training

A game changer for you and your team! Athletes are pushed by each other to get the most out of their dry land training sessions at Revive. Not only will you sore to new heights individually, but the team will improve as a whole.

Revive’s speed and strength programs for teams are designed to address the unique demands of the sport and the time of the year in relation to the competitive season. Done in a team building environment, these programs are designed to help players sustain lean muscle mass and quickness throughout their season while, improving joint mobility and dynamic core stability (which will also help to reduce the risk of injuries).

Training sessions are usually held at Revive Fitness in Bolton, but can be provided off-site upon request. Revive Fitness has tailored strength, speed, power, explosiveness, agility and conditioning programs for:

  • Hockey
  • Football
  • Baseball / Softball
  • Basketball
  • Soccer
  • Lacrosse
